Hello,
I feel this post might look like other kaza like posts but there are many things i don't understand and this might be a bit different.
I have read a tutorial on howto setup directconnect in active mode, i succesfully registered on dyndns.org and configured my wl500g to update the ip address. This is running fine. I have read that i have to choose active mode in direct connect and use port 413 or 414 and then open the port.
I am not sure i understand where i have to redirect ports, is it in the wan / lan filter table or in the virutal server list ? what's the difference ? is there a custom firmware that would be useful ?
i tried to open the 414 port in the wan / lan filter table and also in the virtual server config but i can't get it to work...
If anybody has some hints, they will be welcome.
