Printer is recognized at \\192.168.1.6, but when following the installation procedure, the driver can not be found under HP devices.
I have downloaded th 155 Mbyte SW/driver from HP, installed it but still does not show up in the HP device list. Who can help me ? Thanks Marcel

If I remember correctly, install the printer locally on a pc first with the printer connected directly to the pc. Then reconnect the printer to the wl700ge, when installing the remote printer use the closest hp model you can find, and once its completed. Go back into the driver settings and change it to the driver that was used when the printer was installed locally. I'll put up a screenshot when I get back home.

LK,

Thanks for you support, but the alternative drivers didn't find the 2110.
I have returned the WL700gE (within 8 days) : too noisy next to my silent iMAC, too power hungry, ftp and http I can do to own ISP. FLASH memory card I do with a free USB port on my keyboard. Backing-up my data I do via fast USB 2.0 to an external HD which I can store in a safe. Also WLAN LED did not switch off with WiFi turned off. With Parallels and XP on my iMAC I can easily switch the USB printer port between XP and OS X. I have studied the workarounds at http://home.comcast.net/~kfurge/wl700ge.html but this too risky within a few days. So now I am happy with the simple SMCWBR14-G2. I do the other functions in an other way which I already had. Bye Marcel
