Where are my ftp folders???

Hello,

Formatted my external harddisk as ext2.
Via the webinterface added some folders and users with write permissions.
When I try to acces the harddisk by ftp I can't see any folder I made before.
Also when I try the path /part0/software I don't see any folder.
I can see them when I navigate in my network from my Vista pc.
When I try to add a document, I don't have acces for it.

Can somebody help me to find de folders by ftp???
