The WL-500g is a nice piece of hardware. Before buying it i has already a Ethernet-ADSL-Modem.
For friends and other places of use I ask me if Asus will bring out a model with an integrated ADSL-Modem.

I don't know about compatibility in different countries and different connectivity (Analog, ISDN), but I really like to have this choice. Someone knows more about plans?

I don't understand your question exactly. But I'll guess:

The WL-500g is a router. No ISDN/Analog ADSL modem/router available. You need a seperate ADSL modem approved by your local ISP (which indeed may vary within different countries).

Thanks Styno. I know that the WL-500g has no Modem integrated, because I have one.
I'm interested if ASUS plan to bring out some new model (with the functionality of WL-500g) with an ADSL Modem integrated. I know that Netgear has a ADSL-Modem-WLAN-Router (but no printer & USB). I guess that it is possible to integrate a modem that is compatible with many European ISPs...

I don't think that will happen in the near future. PM Antiloop, perhaps he knows....

Linksys has a Device with integrated ADSL Modem in the 54g series, so if you´re in need for a linux-wlan-adsl combo get this :).
I´m not a friend of integrating the Modem and the Router, though.
