Hi!

I'm running fw 1.8.1.9 with 256Mo USB key attached.
First lines of the system log look like this:

Jan 1 01:00:04 USB webcam: attached
Jan 1 01:00:05 pppd[75]: pppd 2.4.1 started by (unknown), uid 0
Jan 1 01:00:13 PPPoE: connect to ISP
Sep 23 00:30:03 USB storage: vfat fs mounted to /tmp/harddisk
Sep 23 00:30:03 FTP server: daemon is started
...

Can some one explain me what "vfat fs" is and why, when I log to the ftp server via an admin session, I don't see the tmp folder on my disk?

"vfat fs" means that there is a vfat filesystem on your usb-storage device ;-)

Well... I know that my questions are basics ;-)
But if you give me a little help, I think I could be a good student!!!
I already be able to set ftp, webcam and print server - both on lan and wan - all by my self ;-)))

So... is vfat filesystem mounted to enable wl500g to load script files?
And is it the starting point to have second webserver with official firmware?
