What do you think about this product ?

It look more powerfull than the Asus :

PHP+MYSQL web station
Secure FTP server over SSL/TLS

Printer server
Total backup solution
UPS support over USB 2.0
I know that it is two different products (router and nas) and the Asus is wifi but i already have a modem/router given by my provider.
So i have just to plug the DS-106 on RJ45 port of my modem/router to have the same use as Asus (wifi...)
What is your opinion? The advantage, disaventage of Synology with wifi modem/router vs Asus
