Bandwidth Management

I like to limit the bandwidth (internet) for two PC's seperatly. This must be done for all ports upstream and downstream.

I tried to use the Bandwidth Management webside but this does not seems to work well.

I'm using firmware 1.9.2.7-7f.

Can somebody help me on this?

It is solved dough. Using the standard bandwidth managment webpage.
Just fill in the IP address and the max value in kbits (NOT kbytes).
