ASUS WL500G 2nd reconnection impossible

hello, sorry for my spelling, i have one wl500g router and after i first connect to the router with my laptop (intel 2200bg) do some work and enter standby
it's impossible for me to connect the second time.
i have tried all possible encriptions with the same result(even no encription). i can see the router
but i can't connect to it. if i change the firmware (upgrading without reseting the router's settings) the problem goes away for a couple of days).
currently i have 1.9.2.7 original firmware, but this thing happens with all firmware i had on it (all oleg and asus fimware in the past 9 months).
can it be from the hardware part of the router?
i've always had this problem(just not in this agravated state 2nd,3rd ... reconnection possible) but after unpluging the router it went away. now this doesnt help anymore. :(((( i have to change every day something to my connection (be it encryption/ wireless mode/hide ssid..etc) bleindly until it works. it has no pattern. and i'm sick of it :((((.
should i have it changed or some setting will make this piece of cr** work?:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

and what about if that problem is in "stanby" (not in router) - as I know a lot of devices in notebook will not always work as expected after "standby"

hmmm.. it's not something 2 do with the laptop. even if i do a cold boot the problem remains.

Intel 2200bg is a piece of crap ! I had several problems with it, and not only with the asus router !
