WAN Port 10Mbit full duplex

I need a "special" feature to use routers with my isp: manually set WAN Port to 10Mbit Full Duplex. :(
The speed gateway does not support auto negotiation.
Is there a function to set 10Mbit full duplex manually and to disable auto negotiation?
