I'm having some problems with my PPPoE connection (to my ADSL router) getting lost every once in a while
(which kills my SSH sessions :-(.
I'm happily running 1.7.5.9-CR3 and everything usually works fine. In most cases the PPPoE connection is reconnected within about a minute. The log usually contains no useful info, just things like:
Aug 7 23:15:20 <13> PPPoE: disconnected
Aug 7 23:16:06 <13> PPPoE: connect to server since boot up for 8344 seconds
Is there any way to get more info about what caused the disconnection or does the lack of specific message simply indicate that the problem is with the ADSL router?
