Internet Radio Problems

I have installed this firmware onto my asus wl-hdd2.5 and have installed twonky music server as well, i am however having trouble configuring the internet config on the asus config screen, is it actually possible for the asus to connect to another wireless router (in my case a us robotics wireless router) and then stream the internet radio on to a pair of netgeat mp101's?

What settings do i need to change? What mode do i need to put the asus in etc
