Oops. Power led blinking

I think I might have done something I shouldn't have...

I downloaded the 1.7.5.6 CR5 zip file, unzipped and installed it on my wl-500g.
I waited a while for the status page to reappear, but it didn't.
I cut the power and left it unplugged for 15 mins, then started it again.
Now the power led blinks slowly, and I'm not able to surf the net or access my.router (I'm now directly connected to my dsl modem in order to post this).

I've tried pressing the reset button at the back to no avail.

OK, problem solved.
I'm afraid I panicked for a second earlier, but the fw restoration tool did the trick. It's now back to the official 1.7.5.6.

It's seems your wl500g was low memory during the first flash. Be sure to reboot your router before flashing.
