Thy typing the ip adress of the computer you wish to connect to like this:
\\192.168.0.2 (or what ever the IPadress is)
Hi,
Can you please give more details ? :
Do you already have shared files, directories and printers between two windows computers ?
Can you handle it without the WL-500g ?
If you browse the network neighbourhood can you see the other computers ?
What OS is on each computer ? do you have XP SP2 everywhere or some Win 98 , XP SP1 or Linux/samba somewhere ?
Did you installed some fire-walls on your computers ? Do they allow you to browse and share ?
There may be a lot of reasons for this to be not working, but I don't think the WL-500 may be involved for wireless or ethernet (LAN) connected PCs, it is acting as a switch (or a hub if you'd rather). This means that it does nothing more that passing the dishes ;-) no filtering, no translation, not interacting.

Yes. If you want to share files then you select the directories rightclick them and select share. (in windows XP)
Then to access it you can go to internet explorer or click Start-Run and type:
\\192.168.1.2 (if thats your IP)
If you want to see other computeres you have to et the wl-500g as a router and enable SAMBA.
