How can i monitor my active users, find source ip, destination ip and desrination name. I know, that is possible but dont know the way

Active IPs (not exact)
cat /proc/net/arp

Source an destination:
cat /proc/net/ip_conntrack

for names eg.
nslookup 221.113.233.164

from optware/netutils
