Port translation

So this is the thing:

At home, I have all these ports available, but my ISP (of course) has shut down the most obvious ones, like ftp (21) and www (80)

At work, it's the oposite. All ports to outside are shut down, except for the same two mentioned above.

Is there any way, like an intermediary site accessible on regular port 80, where you can write url and port number of the site you want to go to. I need to get out of company on port 80 but end up at home on a different port.

Any other options?
