When I plug in my Iomega Micro Mini 128MB USB stick (http://www.iomega-europe.com/eu/products.aspx?productid=micromini128mbusb2drive) , I get the following log messages:
May 29 18:21:19 kernel: hub.c: new USB device 01:02.2-1, assigned address 2
May 29 18:21:19 kernel: scsi0 : SCSI emulation for USB Mass Storage devices

May 29 18:21:19 kernel: SCSI device sda: 247808 512-byte hdwr sectors (127 MB)
May 29 18:21:19 kernel: usb-storage: Command will be truncated to fit in SENSE6 buffer.
May 29 18:21:19 kernel: sda: Write Protect is off
May 29 18:21:19 kernel: Partition check:

May 29 18:21:20 kernel: MSDOS FS: Using codepage 950
May 29 18:21:20 kernel: MSDOS FS: IO charset cp950
May 29 18:22:49 kernel: scsi: device set offline - not ready or command retry failed after bus reset: host 0 channel 0 id 0 lun 0
May 29 18:22:49 kernel: SCSI disk error : host 0 channel 0 id 0 lun 0 return code = 50000
May 29 18:22:49 kernel: I/O error: dev 08:01, sector 0
May 29 18:22:49 kernel: FAT: unable to read boot sector
May 29 18:22:49 kernel: FAT: freeing iocharset=cp950
Does this mean this device is not supported? It does work under Windows XP and on Knoppix 3.8.2. I already tried erasing the partition table and creating a new one under Knoppix, but that does not help.
Any Ideas?
