DSL-Sharing with 2 WL-500g in Hybrid-Mode

I'd like to share my DSL-Flatrate with my neighbour who lives in the house next to us by using to wl-500g in Hybrid-Mode.
What is the best way concerning ip-configuration on the two wl-500g's to separate our's and his LAN into two parts, so that he can't get access to our computers?

Hybrid-mode (and wds) means transparent bridging, so you're out of luck this way.
