Initial Script on ftp section

Is there someone who can tell me what is the use of the field named "initial script" in ftp application section ? Is it for a script in ftp commands ? If yes, my second question should be : is there someone how to redirect different logins registered in ftp account in a personal folder, when he connects in?

I would like to know if you have more information to configure samba protocol ?
