Hi all,
I am using wl500g. As indicated below, can someone let me know why UART0 and UART1 have 2 different set of control signals( UART0:RTS|DTR & UART1:CTS|DSR|CD)?
[admin@wl500gx root]$ more /proc/tty/driver/serial
serinfo:1.0 driver:5.05c revision:2001-07-08
0: uart:16550A port:B8000300 irq:3 baud:115740 tx:630 rx:0 RTS|DTR
1: uart:16550A port:B8000400 irq:0 tx:0 rx:0 CTS|DSR|CD
Each of these UARTs only provide TX and RX pins. I am going to attach one of the 2 UARTs to a 56K modem. What are the minimal set of control signals required? Please can someone explain for me.
Thanks,
David
