box died, removed hd and placed as slave, reads as SCSI?

attempting to rememdy the failure of the asus and retrieve my data from the drives.
i can finally get ubuntu to do something through the terminal in the root but after attempting a mount it says:

mount - you must specify the file system type

i know its using reiserfs now but how do i specify this and make sure I dont lose the data??

I have same problem becasue for error format 250 Gb HD.

Somebody know how resume the router and start up ?

Typically based on your scenario, you must first make sure that your box can still be Reset and the box firmware is still intact

When you connect the power, hold the Reset for at least 5 sec, the READY indicator should start to blink.

Release the RESET and then run the ASUS Restoration Tool to select the .nas file.
