I just bought my wl 500g router and I have a couple problems that I can't fix. It probably som little mistake I have done, but I was wondering if any of you know what it could be.

1. After a while, the router disconnects from the internett. I can connect via Lan, but not out on the internett. It looks like it does this every hour.
I have to reconnect the router to get it up and running again.
Anybody who know what this can be?

2. I have a HP PSC2710 multifunction printer that has wireless connection, but I can see to get this to communicate with the router. I have turned of any encryption and the SSID is the same on both the router and the printer.
But it just don't want to connect. Somebody have a solution for this?

I'm sorry for my bad english, but I'm from Norway

If it really is every hour, are you using dhcp from yr ISP, and doesn't yr lease get renewed?

I also get this when I'm logging in:
Internet Connection Status
Type: Static
Status: Disconnected
Reason: Cable is not attached

I'm using firmware version 1.8.1.9

The cable is connected and my ip is static.

Try upgrading to 1.8.2.4 beta, you probably have WAN port dies issue.
