Firmware problem with WL500b (maybe v2?)

Hi,

i've got problem to upload any of newer firmwares than 1.7.5.9 - the preinstalled one. I've tried a lot of versions, used rescue mode & so on, but nothing.

Every times i try to do it form wwwcontrol pages result is:

Firmware Upgrade Fail !
Firmware upgrade fail. It may result from incorrect image or error transmission. Please check the version of firmare and try again.


I dont know what shall i do, to get newer firmware into my unit?

Could you help me?

I've tried firmware versions:
wg01080109_WL500bv2_EN
WL500b_1.8.1.3_en
WL500bv2_1824_EN
wg01080109_WL500g_EN

It's quite strange.

also consult the CD which came with your router

Ok, I'v ecucceded. With recovery tool and firmware 1.8.1.9, thank you. I tried this to do several tiems and the last attempt was ok.

But i've got still problems with raw printig - using both 9100 and 9101 port - it doesn't work with hp deskjet 5550 - windows just say that printig nasn't succesful. LPRServer works, but there is long time, when last paper cames out of the printer and the moment whan i can print another job (it takes about 2 minutes) it is normal?
