Hi all.
Noob question - I know, but here goes....:

I use my WL500g as switch - not as router thus I have no cable in the WAN port.....

How do I connect to the setup-page on my Asus without unplugging a LAN-cable and plugging it into the WAN-port ??

The reason for this is, that I would like to edit my MAC-filtering list....

You have to know th IP of your asus!
Then you can connect to the webinterface from the LAN side.

You will normaly not be able to access the webinterface from WAN.

You are using the asus as Access Point, or what do you want the MAC filter for?

Thank you wengi.
Yes - I use it as access point ;-)

But if I enter the IP - won't it just fail?

My LAN is in 192.168.0.xxx range, but the Asus has ( as far as I recall ) IP 192.168.1.1....

I'll give it a try - thanks in advance :-)

EDIT:
Can I set the Asus global IP to ex. 192.168.0.150 ?
If yes - how ??

- change the IP of you pc to (e.g.) 192.168.1.20
- access the webinterface of asus on 192.168.1.1 (if your recall is good)
- change the IP of the asus to 192.168.0.150 in the Webinterface.
- change the IP of your pc back to original
