Hello,
I wish to use a WL500G in client mode, and connect to a remote AP using 802.1x with TTLS authentication. So I need a supplicant software...
From a previous post ( http://wl500g.info/showthread.php?t=967 ) I assume that "nas" is the tool to use... but I don't know how to use it... It would be something like:
nas -S -m 1 ... (+ what else?)
Here's the config I need to use:
SSID (Network Name): private_net
EAP type: SecureW2
Verify server certificate: (deactivate)
Use anonymous for outer authentication: (deactivate)
Authentication: PAP
(I also have a username + password).
The remote administrator recomends to use the program "secureW2" on WinXP... but I would prefer to have the router connect "by it's own"...
http://www.securew2.com/uk/
(they announced that SecureW2 will be available as open source. SecureW2 is scheduled to become Open Source by the beginning of next year...)
regards.
