Download Master Can't access HD

wl500w gives me this error!
Network error
Device is not read please connect again
No connection could be made

Now I'm really sure if I got everything setup right!
The instructions on the manual is vague as hell.
I don't see my device in the work group.
I'm not sure what firmwire I'm using btw.
But I have update Asus utilities!
Boy this is hard as hell!!!
Please help!!!

I have already format my hd to fat 32!
I can access the ftp via ftp://192.168.1.1.
I have update my firmwire also!
