I've got a problem that is getting me totally crazy. Have been working on this for many hours now.
When I just the asus utilities.. I get an "Failed to bind" error when I start them... and so they can't discover the router!
When I just go to 192.168.1.1 I can configure it without probs. Internet is working fine...
only I can't use the Printer prog.
It's on a clean WinXP Home laptop with no programs installed. First there was SP2... but I removed it to check if that was the prob.. no result.

When I use the programs on my own laptop.. everything just works fine..

What can it be? What is the message? There is no special service running or something... no firewall.. etc. (The programs schould even work without the router connected)

Anybody an idea?

It's been ages since i used Asus utilities. What do you want to do exactly ? Setup a printer ?
What firmware is running on your Asus ?
