MLdonkey how-to for idiots!

Sorry, i know that there's a tutorial for MLDonkey in this forum but I'm really a idiot about linux nd stuff like that.
So, my question is how to ease enable ports for MLdonkey use the bittorent and edonkey plugins?
So examples would be great.
