I have a wl-500gp, and was wondering what is the best firmware / method to do this. I have used dd-wrt RC 6.2! and it serve's basic web pages nicely. But no samba (running the mini ed, since std ed didnt let me edit the /jffs directory!). Maybe theres something i can do in the std ed ??
The default firmware is good as a samba for usb-hdd/mem stick, but not web serving, unless thers a way around that?
Idea's anyone? I'm not a huge linux man, but can get by with some textual step by step references! :)
