How to setup my WL500G for printer HP 880C

Hi :)


I have some problem to print with my printer HP 880C.
I use the parallele port and the last firmware asus 1.8.1.9
I setup my computer and my WL 500G as inside the manual but it's not possible to print with my HP 880C some time is it ok but only sometime.
OS WIndows XP

Normaly this printer is compatible with WL 500G but perhaps with another firmware

Please advice me

Try to use LPR protocol (not RAW) on the printer port and type "LPRServer" in "Queue Name" field.

Before doing this verify that the printer queue (jobs waiting to be printed) is empty.

I try with protocol LPR and RAW without succes.
I think that with another firmware I will have more succes.

It's ok with the firmware wl500g-1.8.1.7-2a and the protocol Raw 9101
