is there different version of WL500g premium

according to this page there is a version 2.4 and one 2.6 and the 2.6 have a red mark next to it.

What does that meen in terms of running third party images like dd-wrt and oleg?

i´m about to order a asus..just need this clarified.

At least in terms of Oleg's firmware it has no importance, as Oleg's is based on 2.4 linux kernel :)

that´s good anyway.. but since i´m not quite sure on which one to use i´d like to know if dd-wrt have issues with that.
