I just moved into an place that has wireless access via a Linksys BEFW11S4. I have a WL-500g that I brought from my last place and want to try and bridge it wirelessly so that I can connect my Desktop and accesories via UTP .
Desire: Cable Modem->Linksys BEFW11S4->WL500g->PC's and laptop

I've tried a couple different settings but I'm not savy enough to know how to test for connectivity, other than getting onto the internet or trying to ping the gateway and client IP's.
Is it possible and is there a good source for me to get smart on setup and testing?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
