is it possible to disable wireless port of WL500b ?
To use only LAN and WAN ports of WL500b ?

Go in the webinterface, then
Wireless >> Advanced >> Enable Radio >> No

I have not this Enable Radio option in my Wireless/Advanced Menu
What to do now ?
Upgrade firmware to latest.

upgraded to 1.8.1.9 (Product ID: WL500bv2) and this option is still not there.
Only these options are under wireless/advanced:
Hide SSID:
Fragmentation Threshold:
RTS Threshold:
Beacon Interval:

a wl500bv2 is not the same as a wl500b
that probably why, if i have time tonight i'll try to have a look into the webpages
edit: it is not present in the webpages for wl500bv2
