Hi

I've got a problem with getting the Ftp working.
When i use anonymous login i can get in the ftp and download stuff, but uploading doesn't work.
WHen i use Users, i cant get in at all.

I've different firmwares but none seems to work

u have to manually create folders on ur ftp disk, this is a known bug
simply create the folders by uploading files to ur disk

perhaps you are using a ntfs partition (then you should read the manual)

give us more information

firmware version of your router
device used for storage
partition on the disk
already present folders/files on the disk
change your posttitle and notify me (FTP what ??)

Oke oke sorry

The information:
I use firmware 9.8.1.2 at this moment, but i've tried other firmware as well
I have a 200 GB WD disk with ( at this moment) 1 partition of 10gb in fat32.
No extra folders or files (i've 1 jpg on the root of the disk for testing)
I use a MyCom external kabinet with build in cardreader and usb hub, but those are enabled.

When i use anonymous login i can see the file on the Ftp and i can download it, when i trie to upload something it doesnt work

When i use users for the ftp, the ftp doenst work at all

In the hidden admin page (do a search to find out what that is) do a 'ls /tmp/harddisk' and show us the output.

Try this as well:
- disable 'anonymous' and 'superuser' login,
- add a new user with name 'test', password 'test' and 'read/write/erase' rights,
- save the settings with 'finish',
- reboot,
- try logging in as 'test', 'test' and upload a file.
