Hi, how do I unbrick my WL-HDD please as a 'mate' that thought he knew what he was doing had tried the 'use 32MB RAM' thing, the process he did is below:

nvram set sdram_init=0x0009
nvram set sdram_ncdl=0
nvram commit
reboot

and now when it switches on it will not work, just the power light comes on, I can get an ethernet connection, but the unit wont get an IP address, so I cant re-flash it, cant do the firmware recovery or anthing, is there anything I can do to bring it back from the dead pls??

Hi all, I have fixed the problem myself!

What I did was remove the HDD, the battery and all connections to it and left it a good while, then with the button pressed, I was able to reflash the firmware through firmware restoration and all is good again :)
